Processing Times

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.

Order Changes & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refund.
